Sperm taste is affected by what a guy eats, as are all secretions from the body. It is a fact that the sperms taste can be improved and making your semen taste better, can be done with a few simple diet changes. Diet has A major influence on sperm taste as it’s a secretion from the body like any other. Just as your sweat can smell strongly after eating a heavily spiced meal your sperm will also reflect the spices in its taste. The make up of sperm Semen is made up of ninety percent (90%) seminal fluids including fructose (sugar) protein, and various trace minerals and nutrients. The PH of semen is 7 and scientifically neutral, yet it tastes slightly acidic. Let's take a look at the actual ingredients of semen. A man’s ejaculate is actually only 1% sperm. The rest is composed of various proteins, vitamins, sugars, salts, cholesterol, and water. All the extras are what protect, feeds, fuels the sperm in its journey. (You could live of this stuff) lol As you can see in terms of semen’s composition, it’s fairly obvious that what you eat will make it taste better or worse! Getting a sweeter taste With sperm taste, the aim is to make it taste sweeter. All men have a semen taste that is exclusive to them, but the major complaint on sperm taste is normally always the same: It tastes bitter or salty; let’s look at how to make semen taste sweeter 10 Tips for better semen taste Here then are 10 simple do’s and don'ts to improve the taste of your sperm and make your semen taste better and sweeter: 1. Cut out alcohol, caffeine, recreational drugs and nicotine- they're all pollutants. 2. Drink lots of water 1 – 2 liters a day to flush out body toxins. 3. Fruit get plenty each day and sweeten your sperm taste Pineapple, papaya cranberry, melons, mangos, apples grapes are all good choices. These fruits are high in natural sugars and offset the bitter taste. 4. Eat plenty of vegetables which are generally good for improving sperm taste. 5. While it is true vegetarians generally have better tasting sperm there are vegetables to avoid: Any vegetables from the cabbage family big offenders also include Cauliflower, broccoli, or asparagus: 5. Cut red meat consumption this is one pf the main offenders when it comes to making sperm taste salty. Dairy produce such as milk and cheese also make sperm taste salty. Make sure when you eat protein you get good quality lean protein such as chicken and turkey. Fish is claimed by some to be an offender in terms of taste, but this seems to vary between individuals. Try it and see the affects before cutting it out, fish is a major part of a healthy diet, so don’t cut it out! 6. Avoid heavy spices such as Garlic and onions, they're big offenders when it comes to sperm taste, as they have a high sulfur content. 7. Do not buy products that claim to make your semen taste better there is no evidence that they work. Your semen can be made to taste better by overall changes in diet and lifestyle, it’s a complex formula and a good healthy diet has the biggest affect. 8. Parsley, wheatgrass, and celery are particularly recommended for sweeter semen taste, because of their high chlorophyll content. 9. Cinnamon, cardamom, peppermint and lemon are particularly recommended for making semen taste sweeter. 10. Avoid junk food, they're loaded with chemicals and preservatives that pollute your body and your semen’s taste. Try and eat food “from the earth” i.e. as naturally as possible. Also consider taking a zinc and selenium supplement, both are needed for healthy sperm and can make the taste better. Finally, strong smelling semen may indicate an infection, so if your semen taste doesn’t change when you change your diet, you should consider a visit to the doctor. Your aim with your diet is to eat one that helps your overall health and the above recommendations will not only make your semen taste better you will also feel fitter and healthier as well. Keep in mind that you can eat some of the foods we don’t recommend for sperm taste. You can enjoy red meat and the occasional spiced curry just keep in mind the following when considering sperm taste: What you put into your body takes between 12 and 24 hours to secrete out and you should simply keep this in mind before eating and deciding whether you want a better sperm taste on that particular day or not!

For many of us a nice Valentine’s Day involves dinner out and perhaps a bottle of wine. By the end of the night we are so full and/or tipsy that sex can feel like a chore. My suggestion? Have sex before dinner! While getting ready for your night out, dust your neck and thighs with some SHUNGA SWEET SNOW (sweet but not sticky) powder and jump him before you even get dressed. Sex before a dinner date is a spontaneous way to blow his mind and will inspire incredible chemistry across the dinner table!
More heart-felt, inexpensive (often free!) ways to make the most of your holiday? A hand made Valentine’s Day card always melts the heart. Write a love letter where you describe why you fell in love with them. Write of a list of ten reasons why they hold your heart. Or if you are more risqué, write about a great bout of sex play to two of you have shared. Cook their favorite meal. Draw your love a bath and then hop in with them. Write I LOVE YOU on your bathroom mirror in lipstick. And while your at it, why not make the 14th of every month a day to celebrate your love?
And of course, you know I am a Pleasure Expert! If you need any inspiration, just give me call!

The Truth About Lube
Lube is not a luxury. It’s not like bubble bath, candles or toys. Lube is absolutely essential.
S LUBE KEEPS YOU HEALTHY
Lube is a skin protector. During sex play it cuts down on friction in ways our natural lubrication cannot. With out lube, that friction can cause microscopic burns that leave you more vulnerable to bacterial or viral infections. Using lube should be a part of every healthy person’s safer sex practices.
S MISCONCEPTIONS
1) The biggest lube misconception is that a healthy, naturally wet woman does not need lube. She may be very wet, but lube is still essential.
2) The second major lube misconception is that how wet a woman is displays how turned on she is. I always align this myth with the myth that “if a woman has erect nipples she sexually excited.” All women know that is not true! It could be cold out. Or she could have clothing that is rubbing against her chest. Erect nipples are no indicator of what is going on in her mind or anywhere else in her body. Just as wetness is no indicator of how turned in she may or may not be.
Some women are wet when she’s not sexually excited at all. Or she may be very sexually excited but relatively dry. She may be wetter when she is ovulating. Or less wet during or after menopause. She may simply be dehydrated or on one of the many medication that dries out her eyes, mouth and vagina; especially antihistamines.
S WHAT’S WRONG WITH USING KY?
KY Lubricant is the most widely purchased lubricant on the market, but only because it is the one that is readily available at even the most conservative pharmacies. The truth is that KY was developed for medical procedures like vaginal and anal exams. It was not designed for sex. It was designed for one-finger-in and one-finger out. It may help with inserting something internally but it is not designed for friction and repeated thrusting. It will not give our delicate skin the same sort of protection we get from a lubricant that is designed for sex play. KY dries up quickly, coagulates and becomes sticky. Try a quality sex lube and you will never go back.
S WHICH LUBE IS RIGHT FOR ME?
You’ll have to explore to find the right lube for you. Some people love the thickness of a water-based lube while others feel they are too sticky. One person will swear by silicone-based lubes while others feel they are too oily feeling and hard to clean up.
Everyone is unique in what works for them. Lube is like any personal product. You may love Aveda Shampoo while you best friend prefers Suave. You may love Jergen’s Lotion but your sister breaks out with rash if she even smells it. Personal products come in great varieties because everyone has their own preferences. Lube is no different. And sometimes a person just gets bored of their brand and wants to try something new. Ask to see the whole variety I have on hand. I am happy to put a drop of each on your hand so you can explore them all!

There are a lot of conversations we need to have with the young people in our lives... one that sometimes gets past us is truth about partner violence. Signs that sometimes look like acts of love to a young person can quickly swirl into acts of control and abuse. At a time when our teens are already seeking to find independence and isolating themselves from family - this can be a recipe for disaster. It's important that we let the young people in our lives know that they are safe coming to you if they find themselves in trouble.
THE FACTS:
-One in five teens in a relationship report they have been hit, slapped, or pushed by their partners.
-One in three teens say they’ve been stalked by an abusive partner on his or her cell phone — receiving text messages 10, 20, or 30 times an hour asking where they are and what they’re doing.
Here's a great tip sheet to help people understand the signs of abuse. Plant this seed by printing this tip sheet out and hang it in the stall of a public restroom. A perfect, discreet way to let a survivor know they are not alone. http://getinvolved.safehorizon.org/site/DocServer/PAC2007_tipcard_teen.pdf?docID=822

How to Talk with Your Kids About Sex
Whether you like it or not, you are a sexual role model for the young people in your life. Their eager minds seek to understand the world around them. When the issues are not articulated for them, they learn through the subtleties, like body language and watching the interactions of those around them. And even worse, they learn from the Internet, television and through conversations with their friends. If you don’t step and let them know they are safe to ask you anything – you are leaving them in the hands of strangers and a life of learning by way of their own mistakes.
Opened the door and let them know you will not be angry or embarrass them for asking questions. At what age you open this door really depends upon your child. Some kids are very inquisitive at an early age while others just need to know they can ask if the need arises. Remind them every once in a while that they can ask you anything. Sometimes they may be on the edge of a precarious situation or thinking about something they heard and your gentle nudge may remind them that they are not alone.
When are kids having sex? It depends upon the kids. Some kids start very early. Some wait until marriage. Lots of kids have explicit conversations about sex. Studies show that nearly half of all high school aged kids are engaging in sexual activity. Of those who are sexually active, 2/3 have had more than one partner. Good, honest, sweet, smart, wonderful kids will be genuinely interested in exploring sex. Be ready for it.
Another reason you should want to be their main resource is that the world has ways of compartmentalize sex. We do this through subtle attitudes (“boys will be boys”, “women should be sexy and look hot - but not be too sexual”) and by way of the media (sex sells). And those are just a couple of examples. These ideas do not always coincide with what young people are taught at home and/or their place of worship. It can become very difficult for a young person to understand how sex can affect self-esteem, relationships, and health. If they are taught that only dirty or nasty people have sex, then how do they justify that the same acts can bond a relationship or be the source of a new life? These are complex issues that cannot be over looked.
Part of the problem is that many young people believe the solid definition of sex is intercourse. People (young and old) do not recognize that sex is a way of life, not a particular act. Sex can be the energy exchanged while looking at each other, eating a meal together (with out the TV on) or lying on the lawn and looking at the stars with your lover. But sex also incorporates many acts, like heavy petting, oral sex, intercourse and anal sex. Many young people will have oral sex with multiple partners but still identify as a virgin. (And not understanding that oral sex can leave them vulnerable to STDs.) It’s important for you to help them develop a clear understanding of what sex is and what kinds of behaviors may require safer sex materials and birth control.
Some people are dismayed that schools are or are not teaching sexual health. You may be upset over the content of what the schools may be teaching. Personally I feel like it would be great if the school could find a curriculum that suited everyone, but realistically I don’t think that is possible. Every family has their own culture, religion, ethics and moral standards. Ultimately it’s always up to you to teach the children in your family.
I highly recommend having an age appropriate sexuality book on your books shelves at home or simply give the books to your kids. I recommend Deal with It! A Whole New Approach to Your Body, Brain, and Life as a gURL and S.E.X.: The All-You-Need-To-Know Progressive Sexuality Guide to Get You Through High School and College. (You can find them on amazon.com.)
They are both cute, hip, age appropriate books that don't over look how sexuality is inclusive of emotions, relationships, bliss, excitement, fears, anxiety, spirituality, anatomy and lots of other nitty gritty facts and details young people need to know but would never think to ask. Good stuff. Get a set for your home library today!

Nice, good, clean, honest, beautiful people get STIs everyday.
…………………………………………………………………………
Most of us have taken risks when we have had sex — risks that include getting sexually transmitted infections (STI). We take so many risks that up to one out of two of us gets an infection some time in our lives.
In general, a woman's risk of infection is higher than a man's. The vagina and rectum are more easily infected than the penis. A woman's chance of being infected by a man with HIV is twice as great as a man's chance of being infected by a woman with HIV.
Women generally have fewer symptoms than men. You are less likely to know if you are infected. Lots of damage can be done — even if you have no symptoms.
…………………………………………………………………………
Is it safe to have sex with only one partner?
Maybe. The ideal for many people is to have sex with only one partner. Women and men don't need to worry about getting sexually transmitted infections if neither partner ever had sex with anyone else, if neither partner ever shared needles and if neither partner currently has or ever had an infection.
Most of us have more than one sex partner during our lives. We may not plan it that way, but it happens. We may also get an infection from one partner and carry it to another. The partners who gave it to us may not have known they had an infection, may have hoped they wouldn't pass the infection to us or may not have been totally honest about their sexual history.
Most women who get HIV from having sex thought they were their sex partners' only sex partner.
You and your sex partner may want to give up safer sex because you've decided to have sex with no one else. Before you do, be sure that neither of you has an infection. Some infections, like HIV, may take years to develop symptoms. You may not even know they are there. Visit your local Planned Parenthood center or health care provider to get yourself checked out for sexually transmitted infections.
When it comes to safer sex, rely on yourself. Believing you are your sex partner's only partner will not make it true. Think it over. We all want partners we can trust. The key is to make sure that our partners earn our trust. We should never just give it away.
…………………………………………………………………………
Condoms are the best protection when enjoying sexual intercourse.
…………………………………………………………………
If you or someone you love has an STI, the best thing you can do is consult your doctor for treatment and care. Many STI can be easily treated with antibiotics. Others are more difficult to treat. The longer you go untreated the higher your risks of reproductive difficulties. And of course - HIV/AIDS is fatal. But new treatments and increased knowledge may help many more people live with HIV even longer. If you have never been tested for STIs, make an appointment with your doctor to be tested. Your doctor will hold your confidence and is ready to help you.
…………………………………………………………………………
When You Have a Checkup...
Don't assume you're getting tested for sexually transmitted infections. You need to ask your clinician to do it. Otherwise, it probably won't happen. Bring this checklist and go over it with your doctor. They will help you decide what you should be tested for.
