Domestic violence thrives on our silence. If domestic violence has not touched your life or someone you love, it certainly touches someone in your neighborhood, in your gym, in your grocery store or in your place of worship. By simply admitting the realities of home/partner violence and shining our lights upon the problem, it becomes easier for survivors to recognize they are not alone and to reach out for help. I will never stop using my voice to shine a light on this fact. AND I AM ONE BRIGHT SHINY LIGHT. You too have power to shine light on violence. By simply talking about domestic violence you can help other people live the luxury of a life without violence. Here is some fuel for your light: http://www.ndvh.org DID I HIT A NERVE?
